Can you do any pet?
Yes — dogs, cats, rabbits, horses, birds, whoever you love. If it's your pet, we can create their portrait.
How do I get my portrait?
It's a digital portrait, emailed straight to you as a high-resolution file. Nothing to wait for in the post — it lands in your inbox ready to save, share and print.
How long does it take?
Usually about 24 hours from when you order. We'll email you as soon as it's ready.
Can I print it?
Absolutely. You get a high-resolution file, so you can print it at home, at a print shop, or have it framed as large as you like.
What photo works best?
A clear, well-lit photo where you can see your pet's face and eyes. Natural light and a close-up work brilliantly — but send your favourite and we'll do the rest.
What if I'm not happy with it?
Then we'll happily redo it — free remakes until you love it.
Can I have more than one pet in the portrait?
Yes. Choose 2, 3 or 4 pets at checkout — £6 for the first and just £3 for each extra — then upload a photo of each.
