About these terms

These terms apply when you order from Painted Paws. By placing an order, you agree that the portrait will be created from the photograph and information you provide and delivered as a digital file by email.

Your photograph

You confirm that you have the right to provide and use every photograph you upload. You give us permission to use it only as needed to create and deliver your order, provide support, prevent fraud and meet our legal obligations.

Personalised work

Portraits are personalised interpretations of the supplied photograph. Colours and details may vary between screens and printed copies. If the likeness is not right, contact us so we can arrange a free remake where appropriate.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Payment is required when you place the order. Any offer or discount is subject to the conditions shown with it.

Delivery

Portraits are normally emailed in about 24 hours, but this is an estimate rather than a guaranteed deadline. Please provide a working email address and check your junk folder.

Acceptable use

Do not upload unlawful, abusive or infringing material. We may refuse an order where completing it would be unlawful or unsafe.
