Three steps. No account, no app, no waiting around.

1. Upload a photo

Choose a clear, well-lit photo of your pet at checkout. One pet, two, three or four — the price changes with how many pets are in the portrait, not with anything else. If you are not sure which photo will work best, read what photo works best first.

2. Give it about 24 hours

Your photo goes into the queue. What you can expect back: your pet, recognisably themselves, personality and all.

3. It arrives by email

You will get a high-resolution digital file straight to your inbox — nothing is posted. Print it yourself at whatever size you like, as many times as you like. See printing your portrait for sizing and paper advice.
