Digital delivery

Every Painted Paws portrait is a digital file. Nothing is printed or posted, so there is no shipping charge.

How and when it arrives

Your portrait is sent by email to the address you used at checkout, in about 24 hours from placing your order and sending your photo. It arrives as a high-resolution file you can print yourself, at any size, as many times as you like.

Where we deliver

Because delivery is by email, we can deliver anywhere.

If it has not arrived

Check your spam or junk folder first. If it is still missing, email hello@paintedpaws.co.uk with your order number and we will put it right.
