Personalised digital portraits

Each Painted Paws portrait is made specifically from the photograph and details you provide. Because it is personalised digital work, it cannot normally be returned once work has begun.

Free remakes

If the finished portrait does not look right, contact us and explain what needs changing. We will provide a free remake where appropriate.

Problems with your order

If your file is faulty, incomplete, not delivered, or materially different from what you ordered, email hello@paintedpaws.co.uk with your order number. We will investigate and put the problem right. Where the law requires a refund, we will provide one.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel, contact us immediately. If work has not begun, we will consider the cancellation. Once personalised work has begun, cancellation may no longer be possible.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
