Dogs, cats, rabbits, horses, birds — send us a clear photo of one pet. If the photo needs improving, we will ask you for another.
Can I include more than one pet?
These Christmas portraits are £6 for one pet. For several pets, please order one portrait per pet and upload the relevant photo for each.
How do I get my portrait?
It's a digital portrait, emailed straight to you as a high-resolution file. Nothing is posted — it lands in your inbox ready to save, share and print.
Is this a physical print?
Your portrait is a digital file delivered by email. Nothing is printed or posted. Allow time to create the portrait and for any printing or framing you arrange, especially when buying a Christmas gift.
What if I'm not happy with it?
Then we'll happily redo it — free remakes until you love it.
